ROC Skills Olympics a Blast Hundreds of students from the Regional Occupational Center on Mt. Vernon Avenue in Bakersfield participated in the Annual Skills Olympics. The awards ceremony and luncheon took place at the outdoor patio of the Kern Farm Pavillion as Gold, Silver and Bronze medallion winners were awarded their prizes.
